Areas Served

Southwest Florida is our backyard.

Florida is our territory.

Three offices on the Tamiami Trail — Naples, Fort Myers, Port Charlotte — and licensed to write across the state. We know which carriers still bind on the coast, what a 2004 roof does to a homeowners quote, and how to get a hurricane deductible you can actually afford.

County by county

Lee County

Our largest book. Coastal wind and flood exposure on the islands and beach, inland rebuilds in Cape Coral and Lehigh, and a heavy commercial presence along 41 and I-75.

Fort Myers · Cape Coral · Fort Myers Beach · Sanibel · Captiva · Estero · Bonita Springs · Lehigh Acres

Collier County

High-value coastal homes, condo and HOA placements, seasonal residents and second homes. Excess and surplus lines when the standard market declines the address.

Naples · Marco Island · Golden Gate · Immokalee · Everglades City

Charlotte County

Post-Ian rebuilds, Citizens takeout offers, and a large Medicare and retiree population. Our Port Charlotte office has been on this corner for decades.

Port Charlotte · Punta Gorda · Englewood · Rotonda West
Beyond the tri-county area we write statewide — Sarasota, Tampa Bay, Orlando, the Treasure Coast and the Keys — through the same carriers and the same agents. If you have moved within Florida, your policy can move with you.

What we can place, and where

Coastal means barrier islands and anything in a wind-borne debris region — Sanibel, Captiva, Marco, Fort Myers Beach and the waterfronts. Availability varies by carrier and by address; this is where we start.

Insuring the coast is a different job

In Lee, Collier and Charlotte, three things decide your premium: your flood zone, your roof, and your wind mitigation report. Most of Southwest Florida sits in a wind-borne debris region, and plenty of homes outside a mapped high-risk flood zone still took water in 2022 — which is why we quote flood even when the lender does not require it. If your home has hip roofing, a secondary water barrier, or impact openings, we will make sure the credits show up on the quote. If it does not, we will tell you what would pay for itself.

From neighbors

Punta Gorda

“Saving $300 on your medical co-pays can free up money to spend on other things. It is only one of the smaller reasons you are a terrific insurance agent.”

Wendy S. — Punta Gorda, FL

“They listen to you, and are genuinely concerned about providing you the best plan possible. I would recommend them to everyone.”

Waylen M.

“Always available and reliable. Connected for many years. I refer to family and friends.”

Questions we get about coverage areas

Do you only serve Southwest Florida?

No. Our offices are in SWFL and that is where most of our clients live, but we are licensed to write throughout Florida and can service a policy anywhere in the state.

Can you write on the barrier islands?

Yes — Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island and Fort Myers Beach included. Coastal addresses often need a surplus-lines or wind-only carrier, and we shop both.

Do I need flood insurance if I am not in a flood zone?

You are not required to carry it, but roughly a quarter of flood claims come from outside high-risk zones. Preferred-risk NFIP policies in low-risk areas are inexpensive, and we will quote one alongside your homeowners.

I got a Citizens takeout offer. Should I take it?

Sometimes. Send us the offer and we will compare it against the open market before your response deadline — it takes a phone call.

Do I have to come into an office?

Never required. Quote, sign and pay by phone or email — but if you would rather sit down with someone, all three offices take walk-ins.

I am moving within Florida. Does my policy follow me?

Usually yes, with a rewrite at the new address. Tell us the new county and we will re-rate before you close.
